What separates this exercise bands system from all of the others? The versatile quick clip system. Instead of being limited to only one level of tension (resistance) the clip system will enable to change resistance levels FAST!

To change the resistance levels, you simply clip the elastic tubes on or off the handles or ankle straps (handle shown below):

The elastic tubes: Each tube is 4 feet long and is a different thickness to create varying amounts of tension. We make them color coded to be simple to use and identify.

Since each tube is a different level of tension you can combine them to create 15 to 31 levels of resistance (depending on model). Here are all of the combinations and weight equivalents. The number to the left represents the starting resistance and the number to the right represents the ending resistance. Exercise tubes naturally become more difficult as you stretch them.
